Targets specific troubled areas for more relief. This is a more clinical approach as advanced techniques are employed in one area of the body rather than spending time on other areas.
Swedish Massage & Energy Work
Light strokes for relaxation and to refresh the body-mind-spirit. I am trained in a general form of energy work called Quantum Touch. This form of work helps faciliate movement of "life force" energy within the body. Sweedish massage techniques are also employed. This type of massage is perfect for days when you're feeling "funky" or off.
Standard Therapeutic Massage

Therapeutic Massage is great for someone who wants to address pain, connect the mind and body, and experience deep relief. Many techniques are integrated into the session for a comprehensive massage - blending energetic rejuvenation and clinical.
Integrates various modalities (deep tissue, trigger point therpy, myofascial, swedish) to address areas of discomfort, with the completeness of a full-body massage.
